At Bricks Websites, we prioritize customer satisfaction and aim to provide high-quality, mobile-first Bricks Child Themes. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent, applying for 30 days from the date of purchase:
- If there is any issue with a Child Theme that we cannot repair (this does not include any third-party issues that are out of our control).
- Refunds are issued only after all conditions are met and our team has exhausted all efforts to resolve the issue(s).
- Site performance/loading speed — these depend on things like hosting, plugins, content etc., which are out of our control.
- Refunds are not available for misunderstandings about mobile-first design, as this is clearly stated throughout our website, and license page.
- Refunds are only available for Child Themes that have a verified technical issue which prevents them from functioning as per the demo.
- Refunds for automatic or unintentional subscription renewals will be authorized, provided the request is made within 7 days of the renewal date. No refunds will be granted after the 7-day period. It is the customer’s responsibility to be aware of the renewal date.
- The refund policy is void if multiple users are detected and could result in account termination.
- All refunds issued will result in the termination of access to the Child Theme(s)/Bundle for which the refund is processed.
- Outside of what is stated here, we reserve the right to reject all other refund requests.

Once downloaded/imported, they can be copied/shared/saved, making it difficult to ensure return or non or further use. This policy is crafted to protect both our customers and our intellectual property while ensuring fairness and accountability.
