Terms of license

Bricks Websites grants you an ongoing, non-exclusive license to use the purchased Child Theme(s). The license grants permission to one individual (the Licensee) to use the Child Theme(s).

Bricks Websites Child Themes are compatible with Bricks Builder 2.1.4

Examples of usage allowed by the license:

• Build unlimited End Products using the theme(s).
• Modify the theme(s) to create derivative works—those works fall under this same license.
• Use in personal, client, or commercial projects.

Examples of usage not allowed by the license:

• Creating a service or product that allows end users to build their own themes using these assets.
• Redistributing your theme or derivatives separately from an End Product.
• Sharing access or reusing your theme across multiple individuals or teams.
• Create a Figma or Sketch UI kit based on the Bricks Websites component designs.
• Creating a theme, template, or project starter kit using the components and making it available either for sale or for free.

• Licensee: Individual purchaser of the theme or bundle.
• End Product: Any website or project created using the Child Theme(s) or derivatives.
• End User: The recipient or user of the End Product (e.g. licensee, client, or site visitors, etc.).
• Client: An entity for which the Licensee builds customized products.

• Bricks Websites Child Themes will only work with the Bricks Websites. These breakpoints can be found in the documentation in your account.
• Only active subscribers will receive updates and support.
• Individual theme purchases include 3-month support access; additional support is available at cost.
• Upgrades are allowed only within 6 months of purchase, and are prorated.
• Downgrades are not available.
• Once the subscription to a bundle is canceled, you will no longer be able to download any Child Themes, or Add-ons.
• Support can only be provided on live websites and staging websites where we can log in and see WordPress/Bricks Builder/Bricks Websites Child Theme setups with full admin access.
• Some Bricks Websites Add-ons, may require paid third-party plugins. We do not provide access to these plugins, and they must be purchased separately.
• Bricks Websites only supports its own, mobile-first Child Themes, which means we will only diagnose any issues with our own work. We do not diagnose any third-party products, that includes Bricks Builder.
• Any offers or discounts from Bricks Websites will only be available to current customers if their current bundle was purchased 4 days prior to the offering being made available. Discounts are not available on upgrades.
• Invoices for all purchases are available in your account or upon request.

Should you come across any bugs or concerns with our templates, please contact our support team with full details and Admin access to your project(s).

Violation of terms may result in license termination at our discretion.

The nature of digital products like Bricks Websites Child Themes presents a number of unique challenges. Once imported/downloaded, they can be copied/shared/saved, making it difficult to ensure return or non-use. For information about our refunds, please see our refund policy.

Bricks Websites’ is not liable for any costs, damages, or other losses arising from your use of the Child Themes — including third-party claims against you. Bricks Websites may not be held liable for any consequential damages related to your use of the Child Themes.

You agree to the service of process at the e-mail address on your original order.

Bricks Websites reviews can be submitted by logging in to your account and completing the review form. Reviews may or may not be published on our websites, and may be rejected totally. Please refrain from using bad/foul language.

We may reach out to you to provide your business logo, but we also reserve the right to use Gravatar, or a default avatar of our choice.

We reserve the right to omit full or partial parts of the reviews.

Reviews can only be submitted once, if you make a mistake please reach out to our support team, as we can rectify any review made via the submission form.

We reserve the right to modify or remove any Child Themes at any time without notification.
